• Bar stock up to 2-1/8” to 23.6” long.
• Swiss made parts up to 1” diameter.
• Vertically machined parts up to 16” x 36” x 12”
• Horizontal machined parts up to 16” x 16” x 24”.
• We can also machine various threads or cam slots.
• Additionally, we have surface grinding capabilities.

  CNC SWISS MACHINE STAR KJR-25
Has 25mm diameter by 12 ft. long bar handling capabilities, 5 axis with live tooling, capable of producing high volume long and slender complex parts.  Sub spindle pick off enables parts to be finished complete in one setup.  Automatic bar feeder allows machine to run unattended for hours.

4 axis cnc vertical machining center used for larger prismatic and complex shapes. 
Capable of machining parts weighing up to 2,000 lbs.

4 axis cnc turning center with live tooling used to produce high volume, medium sized complex parts.  Sub-spindle pick off allows parts to be finished complete without secondary operations.

basic medium sized shaft like parts.
